2008 release from the Australian vocalist and actor, his first new album for 15 years. Let It Be Me is an album of great tracks from the post-Elvis, pre-Beatles era, including classics like 'Love Hurts', 'Be My Baby', 'Love Letters' and 'Dream Lover'. The album also features two self-penned songs including 'Dreamboats and Petticoats', the lead track and single which ties in with the forthcoming musical of the same name due in 2009. 'Dreamboats and Petticoats' was recorded live, with guitar by the legendary Hank Marvin. Universal.

After a long wait, Jason is back with a collection of songs from the past (and a couple of new tracks). It's great to hear him in fine vocal form with these interpretations of favorites from mostly the 50's and 60's. If you're a Jason fan, this CD belongs in your collection.

When I started this CD I fordot that more than 15 years have passed since I last heard Donovan. His voice, calm and comforting, without any extra emptions, make you feel happy. A very good collection of songs for the silent evening.

great album they older one's are better-this album has some good older songs like "let it be me"- his voice is so musical that you will love, his voice-check out his older cds then up grade to his newer albums....
