Great Companion to HBO's Rome,

This is a wonderful read. In the tradition of Robert Graves' I Claudius, Gore Vidal's Julian and Robert Harris Imperium (telling the story of Cicero). It is well written, psychological astute and quite exciting. Readers should pressure publisher for a release of a new or paperback edition. In lieu of that one can probably obtain the book from a public library.
