This book contains so many good ideas for improving one's health. It is very positive, upbeat, and it is clear that the O'Keefe's have done plenty of research. Their 1-2-3 method (1 protein, 2 colors, 3 times a day) makes it so easy to remember ways to eat well and feel great. So many topics were covered, and the book was easy to read.
