Amazing, November 10, 2003

Slav is amazing (and I'm not saying this because he was my guitar teacher)! "Water of Life" provides of dizzying array of sounds and techniques. He doesn't hesitate in letting listeners hear how quickly he can play and and how well he can compose. "Water of Life" is largely instrumental, with the exception of "Days of Ease." To be honest, when I first heard this song, it was my least favorite, but I soon grew to love it because the bridge was amazing. Generally, the album has a good mix on tempos. The next album, "Let It Go," has more vocals and there a few instrumentals too. The lyrics are Christian on both CDs and I thank God for that. The music and the lyrics are great! Give it a listen!
