5.0 out of 5 stars Megan Reilly/fragile but tough
This is a great recording. Country, folk, rock. She has a sweet and tough voice. The songs are both sensitive and hard. She did a good job with this. The song selection is very good and her voice and the musicians complement each other. I've had this album for almost a couple of years now. It's surprising that no one has made a comment. She deserves to be heard.

versus
2.0 out of 5 stars Tropic of Cancer good, rest mediocre
The only song that really has some vibrancy is Tropic of Cancer. The remainder sorta melts away, not really memorable, 5 minutes after you hear it.
I blame the choice of songs, and a failure to really harness the texture of Ms. Reilly's voice.
