Book Description

January 1, 2000
Compilation of 129 medical malpractice lawsuits, organized by medical specialty (anesthesiology, obstetrics, etc.), with comments at the end of each case describing what the doctor might have done differently to prevent the filing of the lawsuit. The cases were taken from the files of the publisher, an established provider of professional liability insurance for physicians. The book includes a glossary of common medical terms and abbreviations.
