Nice video
This video is clearly only for beginning bowlers. Experienced bowlers looking to improve their game won't get much help. However, Dick explains different releases, and some common faults that throw consistency off.

This is a good video for those just staring to bowl but if you are an experienced bowler looking to improve your game this is probably a waste of money.

This is a great video for those interested in getting started in bowling, but not for anyone who has been bowling even for a couple of years. It explains the very basics of bowling in broad details.
