Book Description

These ingenious novelty board books combine illustrations with die-cut, tiered pages to create a cumulative story. Let's Go! is about a motorbike trying to pass many other vehicles in a traffic jam. The vehicles range from a dustcart and a fire engine to a tractor and a bus and each new page features a larger and longer vehicle, right up to a car transporter on the last spread. Children will have great fun spotting the motorcyclist and his attempts to overtake! Let's Build! follows a similar theme, with every page revealing bigger building machines as the house being built grows in size. Fun and tactile, these gloriously coloured books are sure to become firm favourites!

5.0 out of 5 stars your baby-toddler will love it, September 24, 2004

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This has been my son's favorite book since he was an infant -now he's 18months and loved it so much it's in pieces and I'm buying him another one - each page folds out to bigger and bigger construction trucks - cranes, etc - with each one a different bold color. He loved it for the color and shapes as a baby, and now he recognizes the vehicles like they're old friends.
