it's a good video, if you want to become a cheer- leader .I wish it would have given more info about jumps ,movements , stunts, streches,and gymnastics. they should have explain and did things slower so you could learn faster. but it focesed mostly on cheers and chants. If you are already on a cheer squad I dont recommend it to you.

This video has a conditioning program. It shows some of the basic skills needed to get started: motions, voice, timing, jumps. There is also a beginning and advanced dance routine.

I highly recommend this video to anyone who wants to be a cheerleader!
