Here is a sample of what you'll learn in this LET'S CHEER class...Warm up & Strech: To get you started, and get your body moving, we've got an exciting aerobics segment for you. So get your muscles ready with some terrific s-t-r-e-c-h-e-s! Motions: Before you can begin leaning cheers and chants, you have to learn basic motions. This segment teaches 11 basic motions you'll put to the test with our music-accuracy drill. Cheers & chants: This important segment teaches two basic chants and an advanced cheer. Jumps: Learn three basic and two advanced jumps including the toe-touch. We'll also teach you some exercises to help increase your strength and flexibility to help you achieve GREAT jumps! Dance: All right...let's dance! These segments are sure to get you moving, by teaching beginning and advanced level dances. Other Cheerleading Skills: Our All-Star instructors demonstrate basic stunts and tumbling skills necessary for most cheerleading teams. it's a good video, if you want to become a cheer- leader .I wish it would have given more info about jumps ,movements , stunts, streches,and gymnastics. they should have explain and did things slower so you could learn faster. but it focesed mostly on cheers and chants. If you are already on a cheer squad I dont recommend it to you.

This video has a conditioning program. It shows some of the basic skills needed to get started: motions, voice, timing, jumps. There is also a beginning and advanced dance routine.

I highly recommend this video to anyone who wants to be a cheerleader!

I thought that this video was very childish for those that are already cheerleaders. I can see how it would be good for those girls in Jr. High or Middle School who have never cheered before, but don't waste your money if you are in high school or have been a cheerleader for a while.

This movie is really good. I wish it gave more tips on jumps and tumbling, but otherwise it is great. It gives two cheers (Beginning and Advanced) and two dances (Beginning and Advanced) that are way awesome! I can hardly wait for the next movie in this series!

My daughter loves this tape! It's produced by the folks that were the official cheerleading company of Super Bowl XXXIII! Plus, it even comes with a cheerleading activity book! Kids learn some great exercises, cheers & chants, jumps, dance routines and manners! 35 minutes long and worth twice the price!

I am a cheerleader, and this video was really awesome. It gives you a lot of streches and it even gives you cheers, chants, and dances! I love this video and would recommend it to anyone!

i loved that video it taught me alot of the most important skills to be a great cheerleader . i highly recomend this video for any girl who wants to be a cheerleader or just to improve her flexibility .

This video is a good example of sharpness, facials and has a couple good routines, and cheers. They go a little quickly, but since its a video, that's ok.
