I can almost guarentee that none of the below so-called "listeneners" have evn listened to this music.
They just take a listen to her singles, and look at her image and take it from there - which is not what I will do.
One of my younger relatives had purchased this CD. Although the singles are very corny, most of the songs are very mature, especially the ones...

its an alrite album for cutie lil kids hu love pop dat just vanishes. The album is cool but it's nothing that stands out. It's all music that you can dance do. It's not something I would waste my money buying. Lil kids won't really understand it and older kids won't really like it. I suggest you go and buy more worthwhile peoples albums like delta goodrem or stacir...

One of my younger relatives had purchased this CD. Although the singles are very corny, most of the songs are very mature, especially the ones towards the end of this CD.
Standouts are tracks 8 and 11.
I would give this 4 stars but because of the other abnormal reviews I will give it 5 - people really should give this talented girl a chance.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Pop Album - A must have, August 4, 2005

Had this album been released by any other artist i'm sure it would have been a huge hit.

Unfortunately, because it is a Nikki Webster album it is automatically considered as nothing more than an album for the pre-teen audience and un-cool to all other ages.

However, this album is without a doubt one of the best pop albums in recent years, and there is something for all ages on this album, in fact there really isn't a bad track on this CD.

There are some excellent cover versions of some classic hits
including an absolutely brilliant version of the 1980's Whitney Houston hit 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)', in fact Nikki's version is in my opinion much better than the original

Other cover versions are

'You Make Me Feel Like Dancing'
'Dancing in The Street'
'ABC'
'Walking on Sunshine'
'You Make Me Feel Like Dancing'
'My Boy Lollipop'

Other excellent tracks include

'The Beat of Life'
'Lets Dance'
'Don't Give Up'

Someone mentioned in their review that Nikki isn't Kylie (Minogue), and I have to agree with that, because in my opinion Nikki Webster is a much better singer, it is just unfortunate that radio stations and most people won't give her music a chance to find out just how good she is.

Haha nikki webster doesn't deserve any stars pfft she doesn't deserve to have a cd or any recognition what so ever it is sooo sad the way she tries to be someone else and paints this overly stereotypical image for teenagers to live up too. Well guess wat some of us don't want to be plastic and some of us aren't gunna try to be like barbie nikki should be torn down fromour advertising windows her cd's should be snapped and we should salvage what is left of our youth and of our individuality before the greedy little monkey some people call a girl or even worse a popstar snaps it righ tout of our grasp before we even realise that we as a nation have committed such a crime as allowing this sad excuse for a singer to influence the young niave part of our popultion... my message to nikki webster STOP THIS NONSENSE GO HOME AND START ACTING LIKE A NORMAL TEENAGER YOUR NOT KYLIE OR MADONNA

1.0 out of 5 stars Showing off Wannabe, March 2, 2005
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Let's Dance (Audio CD)
I used to think Nikki Webster was cool. All my friends and I used to talk about her CDs and pretend to be like her. Looking back on it, I think she is a wannabbe. Come on, look at her, she is covered in make up, permed her hair, has weird clothes on with bright colors, her CD names are stupid like Let's Dance. OK, Nikki, let's dance. Let's Dance into the lake where we can stuff you in there!! She is so fake!!!! People want to be like her when she is just cpoying other people. She used to be OK, but now she is so up herself she has turned into Barbie. No wonder she hasn't made it big any where.
Message Nikki, YOU'RE FAKE, YOU LOOK FAKE, AND YOU SING LIKE A CAT WITH A SORE THROAT. IF ANYONE WANTED TO HEAR YOU VOICE, THEY COULD PUT CATS UNDER WATER AND LISTEN TO THEM WHINE!!!!
Everyone, please understand that if you listen to this rubbish, you'll get sick of it and want earphones. And that's the truth.
