Let's Go: the best out there, hands down
I spent this past summer traveling around Europe with Let's Go, and not once did this book let me down. I've used several different Let's Go books for different places over the years, as well as some of its competitors, and I could not recommend a better book. It has a really good mix of touristy and off-the-beaten-path places, and I also really like how they have new...

I took this book with me when I spent a month in Europe. Let's Go: the best out there, hands down, November 18, 2003

I spent this past summer traveling around Europe with Let's Go, and not once did this book let me down. I've used several different Let's Go books for different places over the years, as well as some of its competitors, and I could not recommend a better book. It has a really good mix of touristy and off-the-beaten-path places, and I also really like how they have new price diversity so if I was in a not-so-safe-feeling city I could stay and/or eat somewhere a bit more upscale every so often. Anyone under 30 or 35 who wants to travel on a budget will love this book!
