Our VHS copy, all of 2 months old, is about 10 plays away from wearing out. Not a comment on the quality of the tape, but on how often my 2 year old son and 5 year old daughter watch it. An instant favourite in our house, and, most importantly, one that does not get on adult nerves even after hundreds of screenings!

I've probably seen Let's Go To The Farm a dozen or more times. My six year old wants to check it out every time we go to our local library. He's checked it out and we've renewed it so many times that I decided to buy the video. He knows all about how the dairy farm works and he even acts out what he would do if he were with Mac (the host). It's even fun for Mom and Dad to watch with him. It's an excellent way to wind down at the end of a busy day. Check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed and neither will your children.

Let's Go To The Farm with Mac Parker is a real delight for the whole family. Mac takes you right into the thick of every day farm life, and makes you want to be there helping out with chores. His humor is great, can't beleive farming could be that much fun. Every time my family watches it, every age enjoys it. Thanks for such a wonderful film, makes me want to head for the country.

We go this movie from the library and really enjoyed it. The movie covers all four seasons at an actual farm in Vermont and includes both diary and agricultural. They also showed how maple suger is made, which was neat.

I also found it very relaxing for the children; a very good movie before bed (but don't forget to read a book, as well).

My 22 month son was given this video two months ago. We have watched it just about every day since then. He loves it and asks for it as the "tactor bideo". My husband and I grew up near farms and even we learned a few things.
Very educational. My son can tell us what is next, chainsaws, milk truck, syrup, etc. It keeps his attention for the full time too. I even enjoy watching it with him.
I am going to purchase another one for a back up!

This video was purchased for my now 12 year old son, by his Nana, and my 2 year old daughter is watching it, now, and loves it as much as he did. The scenery is gorgeous, and like the editorial review says, you will be overcome with a sudden and urgent need to move to the NorthEast after you watch this. Another great thing about this video is it falls into the non-annoying category... there are no songs or sounds or character voices that would drive a parent out of their minds, and the music is lively enough for the kids without driving me insane.
The video is really well done, and kids and parents alike will enjoy it, and learn a lot. Definitely one of our favorites, I highly recommend this to every one.

My family loves to vacation in Vermont and visiting the local farms was the highlight for our three and five year-olds. This tape has been watched over and over again (I'm surprised they haven't worn it out yet) and is definitely one of their favorites.

The kids love watching the farmers milk the cows, feed the chickens and drive the tractors. The only bad comment my three year-old made is that the tape doesn't have as much POOP as a real farm!!!

I saw "Let's Go To The Farm" for the first time a week ago when my two little grand daughters were watching it (ages 4 and 18 months.) They were enthralled...and so was I. This is the only video they want to watch now...they love seeing Mac splashed with mud, or stepping in a cow pie, or sliding down the hill during a sledding party. Mac talks to them, and they talk back. And in the mean time, they are learning about life on a family farm. I have most of the video memorized now (since we watched it at least 4 times a day)...and can say that this is one of the best videos I have seen for children, whether they are farm kids or not. It's a sure winner and should be in every family's video library!
