Ever since BSB and NSYNC has spawned a million boy-band clones. However, Youngstown is a group that I hope will continue to make it big. Their harmonies are done really well and the songs aren't the same ol' same ol'. They'll stick in your head, and that's a good thing. They do keep with the same formula of what makes a pop album, which is what is good right now. Get this CD if you're looking for something different from BSB and NSYNC and for something fresh. It's good... and they do stuff for Disney, they have to be somewhat wholesome. Heh.

Hey everyone out there! I just bought this CD yesterday and I've listened to it constantly. This CD has some awesome ballads on it and the guys really sing them well. If you are the lovey dovey type, the you need to get this CD. Even if you aren't the lovey type get the CD. You will be amazed by their voices and the songs they sing and everything, I know I was. They also have some awesome harmonie arrangements that just blew me away! Get this CD I know you will be amazed too!

Go Go Youngstown!,

I would have wrote in sooner but....N-E-way, Youngstown is the BEST! "I'll be Your Everyting" brings back a lot of nostalgia from the original Inspector Gadget (which I loved!). With it being the first single, it truly captures the Youngstown "personality". The CD "Let's Roll" is a great mix of upbeat songs, slow ballads, and energy. While "Angel" and "Forever in Love" leave you dreamy eyed, "Don't Worry" brings you up on your feet & makes you wanna dance. Also, songs like "Jamie Lee" bring you back to reality. Not only does this CD make a great addition to any collection but, Youngstown is by far the best "boy band" out there! "Go Go Gadget!" and "Go Go Youngstown!"

Youngstown rocks! They are the best new band out there, and are better than 'n sync and backstreet boys. Their CD is great! As soon as I saw them on Disney, I had to go and buy their CD, and it was worth it. I love them so much and so do all of my friends. The guys in Youngstown have great voices and they sound awesome! Anybody who doesn't have this CD, go out and get it!

Loved It!,

This is one of my favorite CDs. Their songs are original (not all of them are the "baby i love you, please come back to me" type of songs that you would expect from a "boy band") and are just fun songs.

Could be so much better,

Let me start by saying these guys have a fair amount of talent. They have relatively good voices, and sound great together. They also write some of their own songs, which is another plus. Unfortunately, like many boybands before and after them, they were rushed to produce and finish their album while the Backstreet Boy and 'N Sync craze was still lasting, and only had one single worthy track on the album, which is their hit I'll Be Your Everything. Everything else is filler that is painful to listen to (Especially when you know how much better they could do). The reason why bands like 'N Sync or BSB have lasted is that the record companies take time in finding songs for them. Therefore most every track can be a hit single. With bands like Youngstown, Take 5, No Authority, etc you get either a hit single or absolutely nothing. If Youngstown gets a sophomore effort, hopefully more time will be taken on it, because this was kind of dissapointing.

This disc is pure pop, plain and simple. If you love pop you should love this disc. The boys are cute, have great voices and even wrote some of the songs themselves. It's pretty impressive for a first cd. The upbeat songs (I'll Be Your Everything, Forever in Love, Lose My Cool) really put you in the mood to dance and have a good time. The only problem is that the disc leans heavily on ballads. The good thing is that most of them are really good. I espicially liked Whenever You need Me, Through Your Eyes, Jamie Lee and Remember. Overall their ballads are much more meaningful and truer than the mush put out by N'SYNC and BSB. That alone warrants a purchase. Also don't forget the GREAT packaging. What a cover image! The bold, bright colors associated with each member are carried down to the finest detail through out the booklet. Pick this disc up for some of the most fun and touching boy band pop around.

this is a very nice alternative to stuff that I'm used to hearing like *NSYNC and BSB. I like that stuff, don't get me wrong but Youngstown are a group with a unique sound. They put their hearts and souls into their music. The song "Jamie Lee" is dedicated to Dallas' mother, and it's a beautiful song, a guaranteed tearjerker. "Early Frost" is also a good track, the lyrics are put together well and I'm sure that everyone can relate to this song. "Lose My Cool" is also a good track, because it has a nice edge to it and tells a good story about how a guy feels about a girl. All of the songs on this album are cleverly well written...they're not your average boy band. They have very good, intricate, well written songs. check out their official website at: hollywoodrecords.com/youngstown. and the Youngstown Promo Crew at: egroups.com/group/YoungstownPromoCrew
