This Pauline letter has always been known in all Greek manuscripts of it as Pros Philemona, "To Philemon," even though some manuscripts add further modifications, such as "written from Rome" or "and Apphia, masters of Onesimus, and to Archippus, the deacon of the church in Colossae," or "written from Rome from Paul through (Tychicus and) Onesimus, the house-servant."
