a message from the past about the wave of the future,
By "fengshuiboy" (northampton, ma) - See all my reviews

who is Adam?this book will give you some clues . . . It's the auto-biographical story of the awakening of a "one-armed sailor" named Will Maney, under the universal guidance of Adam, who speaks through letters delivered by co-author Lynda Friedman. Will, as everyman will, remembers a lifetime of running from, and toward, his past. And remembering the past reveals the destiny hidden within.

If you read with an open mind, Adam's wisdom and Will'sinsights will change your life. The book speaks the Truth. The Great Awakening has begun. If we each remember who we are in Light, we will create the world of Peace that we all so deserve. After you read the book, I recommend connecting with Will and Linda for a reading to greater enhance your understanding and your journey.

Profound Insight and Hope,
By Catherine Conley (Deerfield, IL United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Letters from Adam: A Call to Remember (Paperback)
I've a long "to do" list. A lot of my energy and time have been spent on the tasks involved in striking an item off the list. "Read that book" was added to my list one afternoon when some friends had gathered to meet Will. While my "to do" list and the compulsive focus on the tasks have not completely disappeared since I've read (and re-read and re-read) the book, something much more significant has transpired. A window to my soul has been opened. The Truth passed from Adam to Linda to Will is, for me, the collective wisdom of all prophets and sages gone before. The letters are from a source of Light and Love. The letters, this book, is a most significant work in our world's understanding of things transcendent. Given all that is before us now, as a country, as members of a world community, these letters offer insight, peace of mind and hope.

Resonating Guidance,

Letters From Adam had a slow 'soaking' kind of effect on me. I found it a bit challenging to get in to but at some point I found myself looking for 'just a few more minutes' to read. The letters were simply written but had a way of making me look back to them to see if I read what I thought I'd read. I like it when a book does that! Also the author, in his questioning and reluctance reminds me of myself - and just about everyone else I know who wants answers - until we get those answers and try to deny we ever asked the question!

If we are open to it, Adam's wisdom and Will's insightscan lead us all, first as individuals and then as a whole, to the peace we all seek. It is the Truth, the Great Awakening has begun and if we listen to the inner call, we will not only heal the world, but create the one we all deserve. After reading the book, I highly recommend connecting with Will and Linda personally to enhance your understanding as well as your journey.

To be Experienced...,

As i sit here wanting to write something to entice a fellow seeker to pick up this amazing book - I find words somehow strangely elusive. Perhaps it's because this book is an experience in integration. It causes a subtle ebb and flow dance of the the spirit and emotions. All I can say is....experience it. Then look inside your Self and see what has changed.

Simply read it. Don't worry about "getting it" or understanding every word. The words themselves carry a resonance, a tone -a quickening. Trust your own process enough to allow the words, both Will's and Adam's, to align with your own inner wisdom. Adam brings forth universal spiritual teachings. Through his vulnerability, honesty, crankiness and downright tenacity, Will brings authenticity and credibility as a human who has heard the call and has reclaimed himself through the teachings. It was not a smooth ride. We, the readers, get an insider's glimpse into how the universal and the individual blend forces and create something that is greater than the sum of the parts. It's an amazing story. If you feel the call, read it.

a compelling journey,
By "harleen32" (Florida) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Letters from Adam: A Call to Remember (Paperback)
I found this book to be a very compelling journey of a man looking to rediscover his own near-death experience, and what the past had held for him. Adam's letters to Will, written through Lynda, hold lessons that apply to everyone who wishes to discover who and what the truly are. The book's message is conveyed in a subtle manner, as opposed to hitting one over the head, which I found to be refreshing. I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking at length with Lynda and Will (who are currently on tour), which only enhanced for me the message found within the pages of this book. They were both very warm and personable, I felt like I was talking with two kindred spirits. I believe Will's story is more than just his own; it is the journey of everyone, who I feel can benefit directly from Adam's words.

Memories of Home while living as a Human,
By Maureen Short (New Haven, Vt. United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Letters from Adam: A Call to Remember (Paperback)
Letters From Adam was an interesting read. I had had the great pleasure of meeting Will Maney for an intuitive reading that was amazing. The letters from Adam are applicable to all, holding universal truths that anyone can apply to their path. I found Will's description of Home during his near-death experience to be so wonderful, filled with humanness and Divinity. Will's journey has universal appeal with his delving into great metaphysical questions about the Thinker and the Thought Manifested - highly recommended!
