The Blue Dogs new CD "Letters From Round O" is a excellent CD. I like all the songs on it. But my favorite songs are "Isabelle", "Pay The Man", "Bitter End", "Carolina Heartache" are extremily well written songs. I might be slighly bias since I know one of the guys in the band and his singing has been excellent since he was in highschool.

You will not find a better mix of Blue Grass and Rock in any band. These guys have put together 5 awesome albums (not to mention their cut on the Aware 5 CD) that has started a very loyal following, especially with the "college crowd". Their song writing has gone from good to first class. They are four guys: acoustic guitar, stand-up bass, electric guitar and drums. Look them up at www.bluedogs.com. Oh, by the way...."Train" used to open up for them!

Anyone who's seen these guys live know
they play they're hearts out. Great music
from a great group. I strongly reccommend
this CD!

I heard The Blue Dogs recently on National Public Radio's The Michael Feldman Show. I really liked what I heard and made a point to pick up a copy of this CD. Great stuff! Go get it!

These guys are great song writers. every song on this cd is great, and unlike groups such as Train, Counting Crows etc. There songs dont all sound the same. If you like this band i would also recomend you pick up Dispatch's live cd and any Strangefolk cd. All great bands nobody knows...

I WAS VERY SUPRISED WHEN I GOT THIS CD.IT SOUNDS ALOT LIKE THE WALLFLOWERS,A BAND THAT I LIKE ALOT.THIS CD IS MIXED WELL SO THE SOUND QUALITY IS GREAT.YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY IF YOU BUY THIS CD.
