This is my second bottle of Liddell-Letting Go Anxiety & Tension spray.

With just a couple of sprays under the tongue, the days stress is washed away. After a stressful day of work and family, I would sometimes have a hard time falling asleep. With the spray, it helps me to release my tension so I can fall asleep naturally. I have also used it for my eleven year old son when he is having an anxious night. I totally recommend this product. I have found it to be safe for my family and is not habit forming.
