3.0 out of 5 stars Great material, BAD sound!
I'm forced to agree with one of the previous posters...The sound quality of this recording is HORRIBLE! It was obviously recorded live in front of an audience and it sounds like the recording was done with a cheap machine in someone's handbag. Williamson's words are inspiring and she had lots of great stuff to say, if you can get past the poor quality. Lucky for me, I...

Her rapid, authoritative voice adds compulsion and determination.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Stuff, June 25, 2002
By
I have listened to this series over and over and I absolutely enjoy it more and more each time. I know of no one who so perfectly expresses our purpose on this earth and so honestly shares her journey to this understanding. She uses perfect wit and humility to give us all the secrets to happiness and success on our journey. I enjoy all of her books and tapes but this particular one I treasure above all the others.

5.0 out of 5 stars A really great gem, March 14, 2003
Marrianne Williamson's work is both real and honest. Rather than couch things in a concepts that are alien or extremely religious, she talks to you about the realities of existing. Of how things will not always be easy, about how you will lose your way, and honestly how to see people clearly. Growth is messy, it's not neat, maturity is not easy, nor is spirtiuality delicate work, but with assistance from a tape like this you can see yourself clearly and how to bridge yourself from concept to human to spiritual being.

5.0 out of 5 stars Letting Go and Becoming, April 8, 2000

Once again, Marianne has me mesmerized! She is a powerful speaker and this set does not disappoint. She speaks in terms and analogies that we can all relate to and her words stay with you long after you have turned off the machine. Her thoughts again give me reason to evaluate my life.

I think a person would have a hard time, not taking something very meaningful, practical, and possibly life altering away from what Marianne has to say. If the definition of a miracle really is a shift in perception, then her messages are real miracles. I am continually given a higher vantage point on my path. thank you, Marianne.

I enjoy listening to the message that Marianne Williamson gives. She is inspirational, shares her insight & thoughts based on her life experiences and education. She always gives me a new perspective to think about regarding life, love, change, growth. I enjoy listening to her on the road, which is a time for reflection for many of us. Her philosophy has enriched my life and made me a better person.

Lucky for me, I downloaded the recording at another site for a cheaper price than here at Amazon, or I really would have been POd!

5.0 out of 5 stars Thought Provoking, April 19, 2008
This review is from: Letting Go and Becoming (Audio CD)
My first thoughts of this book were, I won't be listening to this one more than once. Then as I listened further and began to try to really get what she was saying. Most of it was about getting rid of attachments I had a hard time with this one at first but now I realize she was saying, get rid of the physical and attach yourself to your Spirituality and that is the most important thing in our growth. When you go to work, you don't do it for money you go to work to grow and be what God needs you to be and create. In fact everything in our life should be dedicated to spreading joy from the depths of our soul. She talks alot about women and our the empowerment that we have and how to use that power.
The bottom line is that you rule your life with the constant aide of the universe. It is up to you what you do with the aide. I listened to it three times to make sure I got it.

This is a good mix of spirituality and one that includes a meditation. This reminds me of the daily Meditation that I use every day from Marianne Williamson. It's just that good!I'm sure that if you like the meditation CD, you would definately like her CD on Letting Go and Becoming.
