I have been enjoying the use of this tape for many years. It has four separate 20 minute relaxation sessions on it. Some have muscle tension progressive relaxation exercises, which are fantastic. But my favorite session is "A Trip to The Beach." It is a guided imagery session that relaxes you, takes you on a trip to the beach, and guides you in seeing your body as healthy and strong. You can use this tape for an afternoon relaxation session, or you can use it as you go to sleep at night. Even though it will bring you "up" at the end, I have never had a problem just sleeping soundly through it when it is bedtime. I've used this tape when going through severe health challenges and stressful situations. My husband also enjoys listening to it at night. I highly recommend it.

I really, really tried to find a way to enjoy this CD, but....he talks CONSTANTLY!!!! He goes on and on and on and my mind just can't relax listening to his voice repeat the same things again and again without a pause to allow you to experience the relaxation. FAST-PACED which in turn causes me stress while trying to keep up rather than relaxation.

I get so relaxed listening to this. The man's voice has spoiled me for all other relaxation recordings! He's so soothing, can't stay keyed up for long listening to him. Read morePublished 2 months ago by shelties forever
