Yes, the Leupold 7-12 switch binoculars are a fine set of field glasses, but there's a problem with swapping the neck strap and harness. They both come with the binoculars, but they're NOT interchangeable. Both have quick disconnect fasteners, but they're not the same size and the neck strap has a male and female "buckle" while the harness has two male "buckles". I passed my concerns on to the technical support department at Leupold and Stevens, but quickly got the brush off from the person answering the phone. He advised that I suggest a solution rather than having Leupold address my concern(s). Four stars plus for the binoculars, and a half star for the way my phone call was answered. You'd expect this sort of "we don't care" attitude from some overseas dealer, but not from Leupold. Come to think of it, I buy from North American manufacturers/dealers just for this reason, customer service. Like I said, good binoculars, poor service.
