I bought this for my 42 inch Panasonic plasma. It appears to be made out of solid materials, and the instructions were fairly clear. It took me maybe an hour from start to finish to install it. The only limitation (which is probably the same with all these mounts) is that the mount must be attached to at least 2 studs, and although it says it slides up to 8 inches left to right, that depends on the size of the tv (the larger the tv, the less latitude). Therefore, you may not be able to place it exactly where you want it, left to right. the instructions are not very clear on whether or not you can mount the frame using the far left or far right bolt-holes, but I didn't feel comfortable putting all the weight on one side of the frame, and so I centered the frame over the studs. That said, it's a much better deal than the one made by Panasonic which sells for a ridiculous price, and probably performs no better.

I mounted my 50 Inch Akai Plasma. Easy, straightforward installation. My TV weighs over 100 Lbs. Definitely should be mounted on two studs, 16 or 24 inches apart. Make sure you are on the center of the studs, and drill a 1/4 inch pilot hole first. 3 inch Screws are included for mounting to the studs.
What I like is that after the installation, you can tilt the TV away from the wall so that you can adjust or add cables.

My husband and step-son were able to mount our new 42" Plasma in less than an hour using the EasyMount. We saved the $200 the stores wanted for their mounting bracket plus the over $400 that the stores wanted to install the TV. Another hint is to purchase a plastic strip from an office supply store to hide the wires. We did this and painted the strip the color of the wall. It looks like an expensive install for a little over $100.

When I took the mount out of the box, it was a bit concerned because it was not many pieces to put together. I have a 60 inch plasma TV which weight about 125 pounds. Installation was EASY, it comes with built in level and worked like a charm. It was a good purchase.

I've bought this mount from Amazon along with my Panasonic 42" Plasma Television which I just received a couple of days ago.
Mount is of sturdy construction, well built, and all the mounting hardware came in separate labeled bags along with easy to follow instructions.

Installation is straightforward, and with a bit of common sense, this should be a doable project for anyone who owns a drill and a (large) Phillips screwdriver.

This TV mount was very easy to install and is easy to adjust once the TV is mounted. The mount comes with an array of screws and washers to fit most applications. High recommended it.

I'm very impressed with this wall mount, It's sturdier than any other brackets I've looked at. It was very easy to use and works great.

This mount really was very easy to install. It fit my LG 37 LCD, no problem. The built-in bubble level makes it easy to know whether it's straight - nice feature! I've got mine mounted up pretty high on the wall in my BR angled down facing the bed...it's very easy to adjust the angle & then lock into position. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this mount. The directions were pretty clear & easy to follow. If you don't have a stud-finder, you'll want to order one before attempting to install.

This thing is really easy to install and mount a flat-screen TV. The only piece of advice I'll pass on is to get a #3 Phillips screwdriver for driving those bad-boy screws into the studs. If you're not sure what a #3 is, it's probably one size bigger than what you have.

I have a 50" Panasonic plasma TV. When I called Panasonic, they recommended the EasyMount. It was easy and logical to install and has been an excellent piece of hardware.
