I must say having met Kate back in 2007, she was an entertaining and intelligent television personality with lots to share and say. This book is a masterpiece of clever and funny sporting stories and was worth the read.

The book lived up to the title. It was a fun read that has a ton of interesting information for a small book. I enjoyed the humorous comments and personal experiences in the major sports sections and was really fascinated by the lesser publicized sports especially what it takes to compete in the Iditarod. Worth keeping handy.

I especially enjoyed reading about the Triple Crown. I liked the equality with which she spoke of lengendary sports figures as well as controversial modern-day players. I found glimpses into her life and the personal experiences she has encountered as a broadcaster interesting.
