Very easy, minimal assembly required. Looks just as pictured. It holds more books than I expected. Very cute. My boys love it.

My first grandchild was born on Wednesday, and I have already started collecting books for him. This Castle revolving bookshelf was super easy to assemble, and looks amazing. What a fun way to instill a love of reading!

I like the look and size of this bookshelf. The problem was that when I screwed in the frames to the base, the screw went through the other side of the wood, causing noticable damage to the wood. Even my 2 year old noticed it. Still trying to see if I can just replace the part. Other than that, I would have given it 5 stars.

We started collecting Dr Seuss books before our baby was born. We were searching for the perfect bookcase to house these for our son's nursery. We found it in this product. It's very well made, durable and was packaged very well. We would highly recommend this product and this seller.

This bookshelf is awesome! It's durable, adorable and artistic. A great motivational piece that helps to get the kids to pick out a book to enjoy. A great conversational piece for adults who all want to know where to get one!

I purchased this bookcase, along with the matching rocking chair for my 4 year old grandson for Christmas 2006. From the moment I took it out of the box I was immediately impressed with the exceptional quality!

Some assembly is required, which had me concerned, but those concerns were quickly dissipatedly, all that was required for the bookcase was to put the very top pieces on, and that was super easy. The rocking chair required quite a bit more assembly but each piece was so clearly marked, and the instructions so clearly stated that success was guaranteed.

The mechanism on the bottom that allows the bookcase to revolve, has a very smooth action to it, not jerky or wobbly at all, and it is completely concealed so that wee ones will not get fingers caught in it nor can they access any lubricant to soil their clothing. The paint and finish on the bookcase is absolutely perfect, very smooth to the touch, no runs, no skipped places, no mars anywhere, and believe me I searched! All of the edges are very smooth, nothing to splinter or catch precious little fingers on.

The top feature two photo frames, into one I put a picture of my grandson, and into the other a picture of us. The bookcase is decorated to look like a castle, with vines and doorways and a charming poem written around the top.

This bookcase (and the rocking chair) exceeded my expectations, the quality was so much higher than any child's bookcase I'd ever seen, and much, much better than anything I anticipated. The price at first seemed pretty steep, but the outstanding quality and attention to detail make it well worth every penny! This is something that will last for many years and hopefully will be passed from generation to generation.

My grandson loves it! A corner of his room features this bookcase (filled with books) and the matching rocker. I am told he likes to sit there and read. Ah! Mission accomplished!
