I installed this in a laundry room in place of a fan switch where there was no conveniently located electric receptacle. I think it is a good value, even with the inflated shipping costs. I had an extra wall plate so the fact that was not included was not a problem for me. I am happy with this purchase.

The illustration (as of this writing) for this item plainly shows the receptacle AND the wall plate together. In fact, the wall plate isn't included. Kind of annoying.
