The Leviton white Decora plus electronic timer switch with matching Decora wallplate comes with four preset interval buttons: 60, 30, 20, 10 minutes and off. A 3-Wire, single-pole (neutral required), 1000W Incandescent, 20A Inductive 1HP at 120V, and is compatible with electronic ballast. Timer switch is ideal for a wide variety of commercial and residential applications including outdoor lighting, motors, exhaust and attic fans, bathroom heat lamps, hot tubs, spas, whole-house exhaust fans, office lights, janitor closets, landscape and security lighting. LED's indicate elapsed time and flash "two minutes until off" warning. Decora styling enhances interiors and can be used with Decora screw-less plates, and plastic or nylon Decora plates. Testing and code compliance: UL Listed, CSA Certified, backed by 2-year limited warranty.

Looks good, works great until the tiny plastic tabs on the back of the buttons that hold them to the switch receptacle start to break off. This is with once or twice daily use, not an unusual load.

Using tiny plastic bits as functional parts that take stress is a bad design idea.

Too bad, because i was really happy with this product.

I often find that my wife and I turn on the master bathroom fan and lihts, but we forget to come back and turn them off.

This timer is a perfect solution to both problems. It replaces a regular wall switch and gives you five buttons: 60 minutes, 30 minutes, 20, and 10 minutes, and off. After the appropriate period, the switch turns off automatically.

In an effort to save energy, I've replaced the light switches in all my bathrooms and in the garage with these.

The only downside is a very slight clicking noise when you turn the switch on or off, as the relay kicks in. The noise isn't annoying, but you should know about it before you buy.

These timers are great for bathrooms, closets, and garages. I have used these in my houses for years and I've always been satisfied. When you do the cost to benefit ratio, they don't pay off too quickly if you're using low wattage light bulbs.
