This particular switch plate can be difficult to find, so it's great that you can get one from Amazon.
When I tried to install it, I struggled to line up the 3 toggle switches and 1 decora switch with the holes in the plate. No matter what I did, it seemed that I couldn't get all of the switches to go through the holes. I moved the individual switches back and forth and up and down. I could get them to line up with the holes horizontally, but I could not get them aligned vertically. I finally pushed and shoved and forced the plate into place, with a lot of effort. I could tell that the plate was not lying perfectly flat, but hoped I could pull it into position with the screws. I carefully tightened them in a random sequence, turning each about 1/2 turn at a time. I got pretty close and then I heard the dreaded 'snap', as a crack appeared in the corner of one of the toggle switch openings. Fortunately, the crack was only about 1/4" long, and after that I was able to finish tightening the screws without further problems.
When I finished, I got out a ruler and straight edge and discovered that the openings for the toggle switches and the decora switch are not centered on each other vertically. In fact, they are out by more than 1/16". That may not sound like much, but it's enough to create real problems.
The other issue is the brittleness of the material. Ideally, Leviton would chose a material that is a little more flexible, so that the plate won't crack if the switches are a little out of alignment or the wallboard isn't perfectly flat.

My timer was 17 years old and started not working when it was suposed to the lights would go on and off when they felt like it . I couldn't find the same switch at my local Home Supply Mega Box store so I desided to look on the PC. well they had one and the price was fair so I orded it. It came from Amazon ? Well any way I installed the switch and new switch plate and it works Fine. Hope I get another 17 years out of this one. Thank you. Sparky

Thin, Plastic, and missing 3 screws....but hard to find elsewhere

Screws missing = Worthless
This plate arrived with only 3 out of the 8 necessary screws. Waste of money, but not worth the cost of shipping back.

Timer wall plate
