I heard about and read the book on the study from UW women's clinc on the study and develoment of this vitamin. It was easily read even though I am an RN. The logics and study behind this vitamin make it the best choice for women. When I first started it I also gave it to my daughter who was moderately post partum depressed. Within one week of starting it she was vastly better and I felt better too. I would recommend this vitamin to all women without reservation.
