The Levolor Double Bracket is perfect for creating layered window treatments, and can be used with any Levolor 3/4 or 1-Inch drapery rod. Layered window treatments add style, depth and sophistication to a room, at the same time as providing additional light control options. The most frequent application is to hang decorative panels on the outside rod, with sheers on the inside rod. You may choose to use the same rod as both the outer and inner rod, or use a larger rod with ornate finial on the outside, and smaller rod with a simple complementary finial or end cap on the inside rod. We recommend placing brackets every 4-Feet of the rod width. For easier opening and closing, or to hang pleated draperies, use with Levolor Clip Rings - available in coordinating finishes.

These double brackets are so gorgeous. I am so, so, so, so happy with them. They project past the bars on my windows. Yes, bars on the inside. I live over seas and all our windows have BLACK bars on them. The bars extend over the windows by about 3 inches and these brackets work over them! I have been looking for a product like this forever. I can now look at my windows and see past the bars because I can hang sheers under my heavier curtains. It really softens up the appearance of a room. These brackets make the layers so easy to do. In one easy step I can hang two curtains at once. There is no measuring for four brackets. Just two. The style and stability of this product has made me purchase more. I love the versatile color and the detail that makes them stand out. Simple design and yet so GORGEOUS! I can't say enough about these. So easy to use and practical. Love them.

We needed brackets that would fit out beyond our vertical blinds as we did not want to take the vertical blinds down, but wanted to put valances at the top of them. These brackets are just perfect because they will extend out to 7". If we decide later to take the verticals down, we will already have the double brackets up where we can put both curtains and a valance. These brackets are pretty and very sturdy. We are so glad we found them on Amazon.

We wanted to be sure that our drapes hung below, or at the same level as the sheers beneath them. But we had trouble finding double rods where this was the case---most of them had the inner rod lower, so that unless you used a longer drape than the sheers, you'd get a "your slip is showing" look.
These were perfect for our use, and are very atractive.
