Levolor sorely disappoints!!!,

I ordered this rod in the both 66-120 length and the 36-66 length thinking I would be getting a good quality product with the Levolor name. The photos make this rod set look solid and substantial. Don't be fooled! The finials screw into a cheap plastic disc at the end of each rod and they weren't even screwed in level as the holes were drilled at an angle making the finials look like they were drooping. I find this unacceptable for a curtain rod in this price range. Beyond that when I hung the rod, part of the finial fell off and crashed onto my wood floor. I can overlook the pole itself being light and obviously not high quality but even the finials are cheap and of poor quality. And the packaging is a nightmare to open. I emerged with several cuts from the hard, sharp plastic. Grrr!I am very disappointed in Levolor. I thought they made a good product but I will never buy their products again. I hope Amazon will consider discontinuing this product offering. |
