The last time I traveled my luggage tag managed to escape. I looked on line and bought these tags from Lewis N. Clark and they are fantastic. Good and sturdy with the appropriate window for your information. It was nice there were two as it is a good idea to put one on the baggage and one in the baggage.
These are made of excellent, strong leather. Major advantage: small enough to stay out of the way of folding handles and such. Disadvantage: they would be perfect if the address panel were concealed from casual view. But they are fine on n my carry-on, backpack, and other hand-carry items so it is possible to easily verify ownership.
These were smaller than I was expecting -- in large part because I'm not real good at reading product descriptions. That said, they're perfectly functional. I recommend printing your labels on the computer -- it may take some trial-and-error, but it will ensure that your luggage tags are perfectly legible.
My husband and I are doing some traveling and I needed some extra luggage tages and I was having trouble finding them where I live; all I could find were paper or plastic ones. These tages are perfect in size, easy to use, came in a package of two and the price was perfect.
