Since then I have taken No Jet Lag and I wake up the next day after arriving and I feel fine...I have a full apatite and go to bed at a regular time that night.

I guess I should say I'm not sure how well it worked, because I don't know how much worse our jet lag would be if we hadn't taken it.

I have been using No-Jet-Lag for about a year for transcontinental travel, but didn't feel I was really putting it to the test. Today is my first day back from a week in Barcelona. I feel normal -- which is VERY different from trips to Europe in recent years.

If you buy this stuff, follow the recommendations to the letter. And do realize that the product does not substitute for sleep. You still need your 8 hours every 24 (or whatever). What No-Jet-Lag does is relieve the other symptoms of long-distance travel across time zones. And as far as I'm concerned, it does it well.

I do about 3-4 transpac flights a year and many transcontinental flights. The past 2 years I've traveled 101,000 and 94,000 miles respectively. I use these pills every 2 - 3 hours even if I'm sleeping. Additionally I walk vigorously throughout the airport for about 45 minutes to help reduce the feeling of jet lag. I only use the pills for my transpac flights. Also I keep track of time by using the timer on my phone.

When I don't use these pills, I feel nauseous and dizzy. However with my routine the nausea and dizziness are kept to a minimum. It's not completely eliminated, but I can function and attend meetings.

On top of taking the pills every 2 - 3 hours, I also double fist water whenever the cart comes by, and I abstain from drinking any kind of alcohol. I sleep according to my destination time zone and take half of a Melatonin pill to help me sleep even if I don't want to. I think my Melatonin pills are from CVS and they're 6 mg. Remember to power walk through the airport as well.

My longest time I have ever been flying is 21-22 hours (flight time, including multiple legs). I just completed that trip the 3rd week of Nov 2012. I had no problems adjusting and even was productive for a short work day. I highly recommend this to people, even when traveling to Europe from the United States.

This is where I got the source for the exercising.

I hope this helps everybody.

I didn't want jet lag to mess up my vacation and knew I had to go to work the day after I returned from 10 days in Ireland. I was completely faithful to the No-Jet-Lag directions for the long flights. I had no jet lag when I got to Ireland and only feel somewhat tired from the return trip. I would take it again for a future trip.

This is a pretty good product if you are looking for a homeopathic remedy for jet lag but it is not quite perfect. One of the main complaints that you read about these are the idea that you need to take a dosage every two hours. I am not sure if they are more or less effective if taken at that rate but as a person that prefers to sleep on planes, I am not wild about setting a two-hour timer to take a pill. I have been using the Jet Fighter products recently and in my opinion, I like them a little better. (See my Other Reviews.) The price is similar and all of these products feature herbal remedies but I still have my favorite.

On my last trip, I got on a plane in Phoenix at 9pm and took a dose of Jet Fighter Sleep pills, shortly after take-off, I was out cold before the first drink service came by. I love that! I woke in Boston when the plane landed at 5a and I took a dose of Jet Fighter Awake pills. This was a perfect combo. Slept all night and was awake all day. By 8pm, I started getting sleepy and my natural clock was perfectly set.

These No-Jet-Lag pills seem like a product that would work, but I just couldn’t make an excuse to wake myself up every two hours to take a pill. Maybe when I am flying the other way, Phoenix to Hawaii, I will try them out and edit my review, in the meantime, I am sticking with what I know works.

I have used the No-Jet-Lag pills for a number of trips to Europe and find that I really feel more alert and not as tired upon arrival when taking them. A very worthwhile product.

I've used No Jet Lag on westbound and eastbound transpacific flights and I found it helps me adapt to jet lag, although the directions call for taking it every 2 hours, if I recall correctly, and that might interfere with a long nap. I suppose you should be moving around the cabin every 1 or 2 hours anyway to avoid DVT. I also take a Bayer vitamin B product (a dissolving tablet) called Berocca Performance, which is available in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia, and I've found that this helps overcome jet lag as well.
