Came free with my luggage. Don't pay money for it! Not easy to program and if you slip while changing the combination, you're screwed.

The order for this item was cancelled quickly by Amazon for some reason. Then when I tried to find out why there was no delivery the vendor stated that Amazon had never placed the order with them. This is really incomprehensible. This complete order has been a very time consuming debacle. It has made me doubt seriously if I will ever order anything from Amazon again. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
