5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Fast Card with Lifetime Warranty
What can I say about this? It's a fast CF card and it's great to have 8G of room to shoot on my Nikon D200. I have several other Lexar cards (and a 4G card of the same model) and they all perform flawlessly just like my Sandisk Extreme III cards. Transfer rates to the PC are much faster with these Lexar 133x cards, though.

3.0 out of 5 stars Reasonable if you're not a pro
While 133x is ok, go for the 300 if you're shooting sports or are in need of serious fps for whatever reason. For "prosumer" bodies (Nikon D300, Canon 30/40/50D, etc), this should be ok.

I just picked up some 8GB 300's for less than $100 each. The 133 is going for about $58. It's just a matter of cost and what you really need, as opposed to what you think...

Scoring breakdown:

- Plus 5 stars for the card itself.

- Plus 5 stars to Adorama for getting the card to me in two days, even though it was shipped via USPS

- Plus 5 stars to Adorama for the great price

- MINUS several millions stars to Adorama for charging $5 shipping and then (as usual) shipping a fragile item in little a crushable (and crushed) bubble-envelope.

- MINUS another million stars to Adorama for not including the $40 rebate form with the card. If you bought this card in June, there's a rebate of $40. You can pull the form from Lexar's web site or from Adorama.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for high MP DSLRs., July 3, 2008
This review is from: Lexar CF8GB133380 8GB Professional Series 133X CompactFlash Card w/ Write Acceleration (Personal Computers)
Fast, stable, dependable memory for your DSLR camera. I was pleased with the card and have this one and a 4GB card that I swap back and forth and unless I am shooting in the largest mode possible, it's almost difficult to fill up this card. Probably great for weddings, sports and other "events" where you are shooting a boatlad of shots and don't want to take the time to swap memory cards.

I've learned to trust Lexar memory and this one did not change my opinion. Very fast and reliable. I have taken literally thousands of photos on this with no issues whatsoever.

Like the bunny, this memory just keeps going and going. Hundreds of photos can be stored before dumping to the PC. Never had a problem with Lexar.
