Lexar's Professional Series CompactFlash Card is designed to speed up image transfer times by taking advantage of a digital SLR camera's high-speed processor. Write Acceleration (WA) technology allows WA-compatible digital cameras and CompactFlash cards to work together perfectly to pass and store images more quickly and achieve image-write speeds never before possible. In a non-WA-enabled camera, the card performs just like a standard 40x card.

Current camera partners supporting Write Acceleration Technology consist of: Kodak Professional, Nikon, Pentax, Olympus, Sanyo, and Sigma. Its a very good product from Lexar Media. If you are looking for a high speed compact flash card, This is the one to buy.
I use this flash card with Nikon D70 digital SLR camara. Holds upto 140 photos at normal quality. Takes 2 or 3 seconds to download each picture into my computer.
