It's a peice of plastic kinda hard to mess that up... HOWEVER... my gripe is that it is WAY overpriced since I could have gotten a pack of screen protectors for a Palm or Ipod and cut them myself for the price and would have many extras. Also the shipper mailed mine to THEIR own zip code, with confirmation and got a bit of an attitude when I pointed out that I don't even live in that state. She kept saying we have confirmation of delivery. I kept saying I don't live in PA. Once she was calibrated she shipped one to me right away but for the hassle and the price... bottom line is that is ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT.

Yes, I rated this 5 stars, but returned it because I realized this was way too much remote for me, especially considering the price tag.

I have a tv, cable box, a stero, and a bluray player, but my cable box remote can control all of these. Yes, the cable remote does not smartly turn on corresponding units, but considering I'm controlling the cable box with my remote 95% of the time, it made no sense to spend around $200 for smart remote. Don't get me wrong, if you've got the components and vary their use a lot, this remote is sweet. But you really need to ask yourself how much you will use the features on this remote.
