I went from Epson to Lexmark. I got this printer this past week from (...) it was (...) and I love it. I would recomment this to anyone and everyone. Works on both Mac OSX and Windows. A must have and it's so east to put my dig cam memory stick right in the slots....

I was in the market for a new printer after my HP printer broke. So after doing some research i got this model and i am VERY satisfied with it. Great prints. Sharp photo printing. Highly recommended

Stay FAR FAR away from this printer. I brought two of these printers and although the quality of the prints was just fine the same errors codes come up again & again & again (on both printers).
I wrote Lexmark & never received a response. The printers are now just paper weights & I moved on to Epson.

I received this printer as an xmas gift a couple of years ago from the in-laws. I was very excited to have a photo printer. However, it's been disappointing in that area from the first day I used it. Every time I print a photo (or any colorful image, really) it doesn't print right, and no amount of tweaking and troubleshooting has helped. When I print photos of people especially, the printer takes it upon itself to print bizarre black marks on each area of the pictured person's skin... and just on the skin! It's very strange. If I print a flower, or a dog, or whatever... it still doesn't look too great, but it's fine. But print a person? Black marks/smudges all over the face, arms, etc. VERY weird! But, I've gotten over it and used the printer for the past couple years as it works just fine when I'm printing run of the mill text documents, labels, etc. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who plans to use it for printing a lot of photos. Perhaps the one I got is just defective, I don't know.

I have always purchased HP printers, this is not up to the same quality or standard. I eventually gave up and went out to get anotherHP. If your used to quality buy an HP. If your desparate still buy an HP.
