These ink cartridges are a good product but, like all ink cartridges, they are way too expensive. Why can't someone make a reasonably priced ink cartridge?

It's Lexmark. They made the printer, they make the ink. It's expensive, what did you think? You go cheaper, but you might get a sleeper, then all of your print outs might look like wash outs. Buy this ink cartridge set. It's a Lexmark product, it is going to cost more, but you get what you pay for and this is quality stuff. Also, Lexmark has an exchange program where you send them five empties and they send you one new full one. Find it online and they will send you the pre-posted return envelopes. Trust me, I've tried aftermarket cartridges, refill kits, you name it. I always end up going back to the name brand stuff because they make good on what they sell. It might cost a little more, but I always know what I'm getting. I've never been disappointed with Lexmark cartridges I've bought and this is no exception. Buy this!

Since Circuit City has gone out of business I cannot find Lexmark 2 cartridges in stores. Buying online is pretty much the only option, so I like to make it worth the shipping and handling by buying two or more at a time. The product arrived promptly after my order. I will reorder again.

I am very pleased with th response time of this product. My daughter needs these for college, and this is by far the best price I have found. Now that Circuit City is closed it almost was impossible to get these at a reasonable price. Thank You

I had big difficulty in finding the cartridge for my Lexmark printer. I am glad that I found it in Amazon for a lesser price...

This is the only ink that works with the Lexmark x3480 - no black ink only, no alternative supplier. Alas, CircuitCity is going out of business, and they had the exclusive retail distribution. Getting it from a reseller is thus the only option.

I bought my printer for cheap ($30) because I only need it once in a blue moon. But if you print more than 30 pages per month, you're better off with a new printer that has more options for ink.
