If you have a printer problem call Lexmarks Technical Support Center or submit a support request via the web. Lexmarks highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved, Lexmark will dispatch a trained technician to your location (usually the next business day) to set up the exchange printer that will be shipped to your site. By purchasing a LexOnSite Exchange extended warranty, a customer is eligible for on-site exchange during the term of the extension. If your original warranty was a carry in product, then you will be required to purchase a LexOnSite Exchange Upgrade to cover your original warranty and any extended warranties purchased.
