I HAVE ORDERED A LOT OF THESE CARTRIDGES ESPECIALLy IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS.THEY ARE GREAT,BUT I HAD A FEW CARTRIDGES THAT WERE EMPTY. yes empty....they would print out maybe one or two pages, and my printer would show cartridge was out replace... i didn't send them back the fact is" who would believe that you buy a cartridge and put it in printer and find out you bought a dud" this has happened 2 or 3 times.I THINK THEY ARE OKAY BUT WATCH OUT FOR EMPTYS, THEY ARE IN THERE....I GIVE THESE 3 STARS.......COULD HAVE BEEN 5 BUT, CAN'T brag TO MUCH ON A EMPTY CARTRIDGE.

Looked like the same cartridges, but my printer kept giving me an incorrect cartridge message on both of them.

Expensive mistake... I went to Target and got the same twin pack and they worked perfectly!

I ordered the Twin Pack Lexmark #32 & 33 ink cartridges from this seller and I never received my order from them. When I ordered it the price was $31.09 and a day later I see it is going for $41.68, but the fact remains that they never sent it. So I don't know whether or not they caught this mistake and decided not to send me the item or what. They have no phone number to contact them other than just an email. I wrote to this seller not once but twice and I have never received a response from them. SO BUYER BEWARE of this seller, because they offer no customer service for their products other than an email in which they don't even respond to. They should at the very least send me what I ordered FREE OF CHARGE in order to rectify this issue, but they never responded to any of my emails. This has caused me a huge problem with my work without having these ink cartridges and I am not happy with them at all. I would think twice before ordering from them, because they will NEVER have my business again!

This stinks! I ordered this "Lexmark #32 / #33 Twin Pack ink Cartridges (18C0532)" from Amazon / Ship it Depot Inc. in August and made sure they were the correct numbers when I got them. They did come in a zip lock bag, not the box pictured, but the numbers on the foil packaging are correct. However, today when I tried to install the color #33 cart., the printer tells me that it is the "incorrect cartridge". It looks identical to the one in the printer (that works) but it does not. My guess is this has a different country code on it and it will not work on my Lexmark x7170 in the US. Guess what, the return time has expired so I am now out of luck. If anybody can help, I would appreciate it. Based on this, I cannot recommend ordering any printer cartridges from Amazon.

The cartridges look like the same cartridges that come from the box stores, but the printer gives an "incorrect cartridge" message on all of them.

Please refund my money and STOP letting these people scam AMAZON subscribers!!!

I was kind of surprised when I got these without an accompanying box. However, they had Lexmark on the foil and on the black cartridge. When I placed them in my printer, it kept giving me an error stating it was the incorrect cartridge.

They look identical to the ones I pulled out. Very frustrating, because I needed to print today and my others are depleted.

I just submitted for a refund (because I could not check replacement). Hopefully, I will be able to get my money back.
Update: 9/13/2011 - received refund quickly from Amazon.

Cartridges were sent empty, you could see the holes where the attempt to refill was made, My Lexmark printer reported cartridges wouldn't align and Lexmark does not warranty printer when using other brands of cartridges. In my opinion a professional business should have a better way of quality control if they are going to sell refurbished equipment.

Had to return the cartridges. They did not fit - received an error message on the printer itself. Returned for refund and replaced with retail purchase. Item was not received in Lexmark package as profiled on product description. But that is exactly what I did end up buying (i.e., in that packaging from retail store). Will not use online purchase again to avoid the inconvenience of delay and time to return for credit.

We ordered two sets of the black and color cartridges. I tried to install two of the black ones, and the printer gave an invalid cartridge for both. Returned all cartridges for a refund and went to Staples to get a cartridge that worked just fine.

Good price but black cartridge did not work in my printer. Although it was very similar to catridges I have used in the past that were purchased locally, the printer kept rejecting this one. Upon close examination, there were very subtle differences between the new cartridge and the one being replaced (could have been mispackaged). After returning the item, I purchased the same item at the local Target(cost $10 more) which worked perfectly.
