The cartridge I received was defective - everything printed with it had a green hue. I contacted the seller - 4inkjets - and was told I had to deal with the manufacturer. I expect the seller to stand behind the product it sells, and not push me off to someone else. I called the manufacturer, and after spending time of the phone with them, they agreed to send a replacement cartridge.

I purchased this authentic Lexmark ink cartridge through Amazon and the price was much more competitive than my local office supply stores. I really enjoy the fact that this is the XL cartridge and therefor will last much longer because it contains more ink than the regular cartridge.

I have yet to install this. I was warned it might be hard to find cartridges for this printer. I was given a 2008 black cartridge with the printer and wanted color for backup. It says 2007 on this box, so I hope when I go to install it, that it will work.
