The Lexol Leather conditioner contains special oils that rejuvenates and softens leather surfaces. It is easy to use and the instructions on the bottle provide the optimal application method. I have a leather wrapped steering wheel that has grown stiff due to its exposure to dry summer heat over the years. I had been using Black Magic's Leather Conditioner/Cleaner combo and some other OTC products without much success. The Lexol pH cleaner worked well to clean the leather, and the conditioner was just amazing. It turned the leather almost brand new and all of the creases were soft again. I recommend using a terry cloth or cotton cloth to apply it onto surfaces. The Lexol conditioner is an amber liquid that is only slightly more viscous than water and has a unique smell.

Pros: Very easy to use, and works as advertised. It should be the only leather conditioner you use - the over the counter stuff doesn't work.

Cons: Hard to find and expensive, but Amazon carries them at a low price.

Overall: If you own any leather accessories or cars with interior leathers, Lexol pH cleaner and Lexol conditions are must-buy items.

I have been putting this on the leather in my 2001 Montero since I purchased the vehicle. I apply it about 3 or 4 times per year. My leather looks practically brand new and most people that get in it comment on how new the leather looks. I can only assume it is because I use Lexol conditioner on it. I see other cars that are 7 years old and the leather is trashed...not mine. Leather still looks and smells new! If you own a car with leather, this is a must have product!

The leather on our couches was becoming stiff from alot of use. I decided to try this product, and I'm very pleased with the results. It took a couple of coats to soften in places, but a beautiful shine came from the very first coat. It made our old couches look chic, new, and protected.

I've been using Lexol Conditioner on my Lexus IS 250 for the last few months and i'm extremely satisfied with the results...Lexus leather is unsealed and a little bit of a hassle to clean/condition/maintain. After cleaning (lexol cleaner does a great job) i spray on, rub evenly with my hand or a towel, let it soak for about 20 min, and then wipe off. This WILL NOT make your seats slippery like Armor All or other like cleaners will do, but it does give it the "slippery shine". It does make the seats feel somewhat oily, like the way your body would feel after you put lotion on, but i haven't noticed any transfer to clothing or hands.

I was relatively satisfied with this leather conditioner, my couches definitely felt softer after the application and restored some of their luster. I did however feel like a little bit of waxy residue was left behind and wasn't sure if it would get on my clothes or not. A month after treatment, the luster has begun to fade and may need a follow-up treatment sooner than the recommended 3 month interval. I did clean beforehand with Lexol's leather cleaner. My impression is that the conditioner is partially absorbed by the leather, but also leaves a thin wax-like coating. I would have been more satisfied if the conditioner was absorbed more deeply into the leather.

Just like the cleaner, GREAT. My wife new of this stuff cause she has been around horses her whole life. Works great on anything leather NON COATED leather that is. If you think you will use it on a coated jacket or car seats that are coated you will be throwing away your money. Most cars sold in the USA has coated leather seats. For the old timers its the new addition of Ricardo Montalban's "Corinthian leather" Chrysler commercials of the mid 70s. So its fake, but its real leather with a plastic coating. Or mix there of. If you have that use whatever, Windex for all it matters. But, for real leather found in any manufactures High End cars and trucks use this. I have a Ford Platinum F150 one of two with non coated seats. Works really well
Likes Does its job, use Lexol cleaner first, dry and apply per instructions. Same with boots, belts, saddles etc.
Spray bottle works perfect, has stream or spray option
Lasts for ever, I clean mine every 3 months, still on first bottle from 2011
Dislikes Hard, as all get out to apply and work in.
Smells weird, but that goes away
Must set for a while, (few hrs) or will get on your cloths
Tips Used a microfiber sponge, (not the ones from Lexol) get the ones similar to the disc sponge that comes with a wax can
like turtle wax.
Use water on sponge to apply, works in easier.
Don't apply to seats in direct sun, or heat, will dry too fast and leave yellow goo. Do it in shade, or early morning or
evening.
Remove with a old tee shirt. I have tried towels (leaves lint behind, and microfiber cloths, too hard to slide on seats with
Lexol on it.
DO A SMALL section at a time. Like seat bottom, then seat back, then sides.

Lexol leather conditioner did a fine job. I use the leather conditioner on the leather in my almost 4 year old car, as well as an old comfy leather arm chair. I put the product on the leather, wait a few minutes for it to get absorbed a bit, and then use a micro fiber towel to clean off. The Lexol leather conditioner did a fine job in cleaning and softening the leather.

The price on the conditioner in the last twelve month ranged from $11.24 to $7.99, so the price as I write this review is very good. Note on price research: I found a very helpful tool that shows me the history of Amazon prices, you can find it by searching from Amazon price history and pick the one with the camel in the name. I find it very helpful.

A quick note on the spray vs cream packaging. In the past I have used leather conditioning creams, so I bought the spray to compare how it would work. I have to say that overall I like the conditioning cream better because I have more control over where the product is applied. This especially the case when I work inside of the home on my leather chair. When I get to the edges I have to be careful not to over spray.
