I am a huge Frankie Ruiz fan. This CD is worth the money just for the 16 minute mixed song of many of his songs on disc 2. Most of his great songs are these CDs. I highly recommend it.

this album is by far the best album that you can by to remember Frankie by, ofcourse there are some songs missing, but you can't put them all, maybe if they would have made it a 3 cd set it would have been better. but everything is here, the only notables that are missing to me are:

1. vuelvo a nacer: he's last song, it's in the mega mix at the end, but it would have been nice to have the whole song

2. amantes de otro tiempo: this song was awesome, I can't believe its not in here

there's a few others, but most of his hits are here, if you love frankie this is one of the best albums to buy

I would like get it a video- music of this artist Frankie Ruiz
I have few his CDs, but woul be nice if anybody can sell me a VIDEO.

I am very happy with the purchase of this Frankie Ruiz collector's cd. It has a great sound and is brand new cotaining the very best from the very begining. Also, it contains a complete biografy and real anecdotes of his life and career. very happy and very pleased with this purchase. Than k you very much.

I'm a huge Salsa fan, and any collection is sorely lacking without this collection. The 2-disc format with the best collection of his greatest hits and overall songs, even if you already have some of his songs on other CDs. A few songs are missing from the collection, and I could have done without the Mega Mix at the end in exchange for 2-3 more songs, but this is still the best compilation of Frankie's fantastic music. This set comes with a great booklet chronicling his life and career.

El tiempo ha sido testigo de los horizontes que nuestra musica ha recorrido. Frankie Ruiz fue, es y sera uno de los exponentes mas grandes que el genero de Salsa ha logrado tener. Aunque su trayectoria musical y personal tubo de todo siempre recordo su pueblo, su gente y jamas se sego con el producto de su fama. Sus canciones siempre quedaran grabadas en los corazones de todos aquellos que disfrutaron de su Salsa y su amor por Nuestra Islita...Borinquen. Les recomiendo este CD ya que en el van a encontrar lo que es en realidad la verdadera Salsa.

Frankie Ruiz is simply some of the best dance salsa there is. I love to freestyle, and his flow is some of the smoothest I have ever heard. Check out "Tu Con El" and "Puerto Rico" and you'll know what I mean. Fast enough to keep it exiting, but not too fast so you can't pull your more complex turns with your partner. Not only that, but his lyrics are awsome....Especially "Puerto Rico" ! Do yourself a favor and get this CD set. By far some of the best out there.
