This is a straightforward product. Does what it's supposed to do, adds just a little weight to my x301, and adds a few more hours to the battery life--just what I needed it for.Be aware that it's not hot-swappable, and it generally requires you to secure it with the same phillips head screw that holds the cd/dvd drive in place, so you'll need to carry a small tool to swap it out if you have more than one.

Battery arrived quickly wel packed in the OEM packaging. It was simple to install and really helps stretch the life of the X301 to almost all day without juice.
