I didnt quite realise the size of these goblets while buying them..They were Huge!!I was shocked when I first got them..I later realised this was the best buy I ever made. I dont want to get the regular wine glasses any more..This is what u always see on food network and all the gourmet channels!!u can actully swirl the wine and smell its aroma well before tasting it..like the wine expers suggest ;-) lol.. U will love them!!Buy them!!! I got these for 19.99.I dont mind paying full price and gettin another set.

The wine glasses are of excellent quality and design.
The only drawback for me is that they are of an enormous size. I didn't try pouring a bottle of wine into one, but it might have fit.
It's good to have a big round bowl to sniff and appreciate red wine, but this is a bit excessive.

They are sturdy, but that means these glasses are quite thick. Compared to my Riedel's they feel like they are made for construction workers with thick fingers. There are also noticable ridges from the machine that presses these glasses. They will look good on your table, but for a gourmet experience get something finer.

I love these Libbey Vina Round Wine Glasses. I like the simplicity and definitely the function. For a red to "breathe" or "open up," it must be in a large bowl like this one. The size allows expansion of the perfume of the wine. The inward curve is conducive for a concentration of the aroma and then an lovely inhaling of such. Ah, one of the wonderfully simple pleasures of life--first the wine, then the correct glass! Salut!

Oh, yes, you thought I forgot the price. Mais non, that's a steal, oui? Quel plaisir!

These glasses are just what I have been looking for. They are quite tall with a large bowl and sturdy. They came very well packed. All glasses were intact when they arrived. I would not hesitate to purchase other glassware from Amazon.

These glasses are simple, elegant, and cheap. After having an expensive set of elegant and delicate (at least one broke with every use) wine glasses, I decided to go with cheaper and fret less over all the broken glass. These glasses are fairly heavy in the hand and border on too large for mealtime use. However, they are ideal for that casual after dinner sip of wine. Fun glasses that you won't regret having in your cupboard.

These glasses were bigger than I thought, even after reading the reviews. It's a shame they don't give the content size. It will hold up to 12 ounces of liquid. That's full to within a 1/4 inch of the lip. Probably comfortable with 8 oz which would look just over half full. 6 oz and you can swarle it easily. One glass had an defect in the lip. not chiped, but melted down a slight big. It is priced about right I would say. Just too big. 8 and 1/2 inches tall.

I've seen a lot of reviews that say these are BIG. Yes, they're big, but they're wonderful to pour into, pleasant to drink from and they just look cool. I would not say they're "too big". I like the size a lot. If you're curious about how much they'll hold, just measure some liquid out in a measuring cup and you'll see. They're 18oz, but of course you probably won't want to fill them to the brim with wine. These are your typical "oversized" wine glasses and they fit a nice, comfortable amount of drink in them.

Really, only problem regarding the size is storage. I don't have a rack for wine glasses so these just go in a cabinet.. They take up a ton of room. I wouldn't knock them down a star for that though.

I've put them through my dish washer many times and they come out happy and un-chipped. Seem very sturdy and they stand up nice and stable. Nice stems on them too for holding.

They are not that big as commented by other buyers, but good enough for red wines.
