Obviously this company is off-loading its dented cans via internet shoppers. Out of twelve cans I received, only one was in pristine condition. Three of them were severely dented to the point that I would never have bought them if I had been at my local grocery store. I don't think the seals have been compromised but it is borderline. The other eight cans all have small dents and scuffs as if they had been dropped at some point- cosmetic damage only. I am happy to have the product as my local grocery stores are having trouble getting canned pumpkin and I am craving some pumpkin pie, but I think Osbo should disclose the fact that it is selling dinged cans and not send the really bad ones at all. I will avoid this company in the future because of this lack of disclosure.

Local grocery stores are all out of pumpkin until next month. Good to find it on the web. Libby's pumpkin is the best - excellent quality without excess moisture of some other brands.

I purchased two cases of Libby Pumpkin. Very late arrival, rude email, and when received half the cans were dented and had to be used immedialtely. What I could not use because of dents were donated. I fault myself for not seaching farther. The price with shippig was outrageous, but I needed it soon (my error once again). I will not use them again. 100 percent guarantee, good luck! I honestly did not contact them after the goods were finally here. Nothing happend before my inquiries...don't expect further help.

Excited about receiving my cans of pumpkin because we serve overseas in a country with no pumpkins, I quickly lost the excitement when I saw that every single can was dented significantly. The other reviews are right! Do not buy this product unless you are okay with using dented cans, which have been proven to grow harmful bacteria!

First I want to say that it's absolutely horrible that Libby is selling dented cans through Amazon. That is just shameful, and I'm assuming this results from the fact that Libby was purchased by Nestle, a company with a less than stellar reputation.

In any case, what I wanted to comment on was the actual pumpkin part of the experience. And here I have no complaints. The ONLY ingredient listed is 'Pumpkin'. And for those of you who have nut allergies like me, you should know that there are NO warning notes on the can. (One should always check though because different cans could come from different factories.) But on the cans I have there is no mention that there 'might' be nuts.

In consistency, I've always found the puree to be flawless. No lumps or dark spots. To all appearances a wholesome product which is high in Vitamins C and A.

Good for pies and muffins.

Not sure which vendor was selling this product before,but I received all cans in excellent condition just a few days ago.This product is impossible to find in our area

But the shipping is outrageous. Can't we get a smaller order than a case? I have used Libby's from the supermarket. The pumpkin is nice and smooth and makes a good pie with no bitter taste. But doesn't anyone use fresh pumpkin any more? Fresh pie pumpkins are even harder to find than canned pumpkin off-season. Why? I thought pumpkin was a food. Now it's just a novelty, I guess. Too bad, pumpkins are very healthful.

The stores were out of canned pumpkin, & I love to make pumpkin spice muffins - found the Libby's large cans online - I actually purchased them last fall, & still have a can or 2 left! Excellent product - just pure pumpkin, nothing added.
