5.0 out of 5 stars Casting Light on the Liberal Arts, October 14, 2004
This review is from: The Liberal Arts Advantage: How to Turn Your Degree Into a Great Job (Paperback)
Liberal Arts Advantage is for anyone who has been misinformed about the quality of a liberal arts degree.

Giangrande gives us the honest truth (which is positive, not negative) about the importance and value of being a liberal arts major/graduate. He tells you what fields and professions love to hire liberal majors. He also points out the strengths liberal majors have over technical or specialized majors education-wise and career-wise. The reader will be not only welcomed and encouraged, but also proud of his/her wise choice to pursue (or have pursued) a liberal education. After reading the book, I asked myself, "Why would someone NOT want to pursue a liberal arts degree?"

I only wish I had read this book before I majored in Accounting.
Like Giagrande suggests, follow your heart and happiness will surely come.
