I got fed up with standard hose reels and was searching for something different. I bought this (as well as a copper hose pot) from Amazon and am pleased with both. The "manger" has a unique, hose-friendly design and is very solid. I will be experimenting with the best spot to place the hose manger in the spring. I like the fact that it can be moved around but will still stay firmly in place once the three anchor stakes are pushed into the ground.

I went through a bunch of the plastic hose reels, which all turn to junk after a year or two - even many of the metal hose reels have plastic parts that just don't last. This stand is sturdy, holds a lot of hose (I have over 150 feet on it), and easy to place. Great solution.

I purchased this based on other review. I am glad I did Holds to hoses and looks stylish next to my flower beds!!

Would prefer a hose caddy that is more inconspicuous. Also, getting it into the ground is not east. There are other hose stands out there that work better.

This hose holder is perfect. I needed a solid and sturdy hose holder that would hold a lot of hose. And this does just that. I have 150 ft of hose wrapped on it and it doesn't budge or tip over at all. The 3 prong base is essential to a free standing holder and this one is solid and built very well. I needed something that would actually be useful and not a decorative hunk of junk. Very pleased with my purchase.

Arrived today and I unpacked it and took it outside to replace my plastic hanger that broke under the weight of 100 ft of hose. Seems to be a quality product, heavy enough to handle the weight of the hose, the tines are sturdy and deep enough make a stable base in my sandy FL soil. Wish the product was 12-18" taller because when I wrap my hose around it, even making the coils much tighter than they were on my wall mounted plastic hanger, the hose is hanging so close to the ground, we will not be able to get a mower or weed whacker under there to cut the grass. If the unit was placed in an area that didn't have to be mowed, and if you don't mind seeing the hose dragging on the ground, then I guess, the product is okay.

It doesn't cost too much, but it does work very well. You can put it everywhere in your yard without drilling the holes on the house.

Looks Great and will hold a lot of hose. I have mine next to a chain length fence in my backyard, I clamped it to the fence for extra stability and it will hold more than 150 feet of hose.
