I can tell you that not only was this item that we purchased falsely advertised but when we asked for some help from customer support they would not even contact us. We gave them lots of time and were very patient, we contacted them both by email and by phone (probably in the neighborhood of 10-12 times) and nothing was ever done. We have been waiting over a month now, and nothing has been done to resolve our issue. We threatened that we would open a complaint with Amazon and give a bad review...and still nothing. Given the state of their ability to provide customer service, I wouldn't be surprised if this review was edited or removed.....but it is worth one last try.... I even found other reviews, not for this product but other products that had the same claim....false advertising about the quantity that they were offering and about the list price, this leads you to believe that you are getting something that you do not...very disappointing. This is the type of thing that gives all vendors on the internet a bad name, and destroys any credibility that "Amazon" may have had.
Don't buy any product from them, it will only give you headaches and nightmares...spend the extra few dollars and deal with a person who may have some integrity because these guys DO NOT! If my time spent writing this saves someone else from getting mixed up with PROMAX and AMAZON, then it was worth it.
Disappointed but wiser!
