Tasty little snack for the office. The walnut bits a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, it's empty calories, not even Vitamin C despite its "fruit" origins. The portion size and taste, however, will not ruin a dieter's game plan.

These Applets and Cottlets are the best treat. They are very satisfying. Better than any candy bar. I would rather have these than any other treat.

I've loved Aplets and Cotlets for years - they're a really delicious holiday treat. This was my first time trying the single-serving bars, which seem very convenient - in the regular packaging, if you open a whole box of them for yourself, you're either eating way too much at once or some of them get stale.

The bars taste the same as the normal thick rectangles, but the experience/texture is a little different because they're longer and thinner to get the bar shape. Not really any better or worse, just a little different.
